At Travel Brew, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings and requesting refunds for services made through our website www.travelbrews.com (“Travel Brew”).

1. General Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@travelbrews.com.
  • Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the type of service booked (e.g., flights, hotel stays, tours).
  • Refunds are processed based on the policies of our service providers (hotels, airlines, tour companies, etc.).
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the terms at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Visa and documentation fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Credit card processing fees
  • Services marked as "non-refundable" at the time of booking
  • Missed tours, late arrivals, or no-shows

4. Flight & Hotel Bookings

  • Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the respective airlines.
  • Hotel cancellations are subject to the terms and deadlines specified by the property.
  • Any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the scheduled service date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
  • Currency exchange fluctuations and international transaction fees may affect refund amounts.

6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, political unrest, or strikes.
In such cases, refunds will be subject to the policies of the relevant service providers.

7. Amendments to Bookings

  • Modifications to existing bookings (e.g., change of dates, names) may incur additional charges.
  • All amendments are subject to availability and the service provider's terms.
